Every property in Gaston County has unique vegetation density, tree diameters, slope, rock, and access conditions. A binding price is provided only in a written scope after an on-site property walk-through.

2. Scope of Services & Exclusions

Land Clearing Gastonia performs mechanical land clearing, forestry mulching, brush clearing, heavy tree removal, and stump grinding/removal. We do not perform finish grading, house pad compaction, foundation excavation, invasive species or vine eradication programs, or herbicide/chemical applications.

3. Permits & Property Lines

Property owners are responsible for identifying accurate boundary lines and confirming any applicable City of Gastonia, Gaston County, NCDEQ erosion control, or Catawba River / Duke Energy Lake Services buffer requirements prior to clearing.
